Do you LOVE pets? Pet Palace is looking for energetic, hard-working pet lovers to join our team at both our Airport and Hilliard locations. We are currently hiring part-time positions for on-going help as well as seasonal employment. Pet facility experience is helpful, but not required. You must be flexible, be willing to work weekends and some holidays. We are open from 7am - 8pm, 7 days a week.

Positions Available:
PET CARE SPECIALISTS (All three locations) responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning pet villas, suites and outdoor runs
- Monitoring pet activities and behaviors
- Caring for pets, including performing playtime activities
- Bathing and brushing dogs and cats
- Providing meals, fresh water and appropriate bedding
- General facility cleaning including dishes and laundry
- Be able to lift 40 pounds and handle large dogs
- Work in a team environment
- Interacting with clients checking in and picking up pets
- Other duties as assigned
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (All three locations) responsibilities may include:
- Working with clients by phone, email, mail and in-person
- Greeting customers and providing superior customer service
- Handling reservations, check-ins and check-outs
- Providing facility tours
- Able to walk and handle large dogs
- Utilizing facility's computer software
- Maintaining files and records
- Handling and walking pets
- Cleaning facility
- Other duties as assigned
