Are there any other luxury pet hotels in Ohio like Pet Palace?

A.

You want to relax and unwind when you go on vacation and so does your pet. Your favorite animal spends a lot of time being a good companion and could use the amenities luxury pet hotels in Ohio provide. There are many options to satisfy a pampered pooch or a fancy feline, outside of Central Ohio.

In order to be as helpful as possible to all Ohio pet owners, Pet Palace is providing information on other pet hotels outside of the Central Ohio area. Pet Palace has three locations in Columbus, Powell/Delaware/Lewis Center (Northern Columbus), and Hilliard (West Columbus) but if you are in other parts of Ohio, here are a few pet boarding kennels outside of Columbus:

A-List Treatment

You may want to check in at the Barkley Pet Hotel in Cleveland along with your pet. This hotel and day spa offers spacious, furnished rooms in a resort-like atmosphere. Experienced staff watch over dogs and cats always and give pets plenty of love. The Barkley also has a California location, and many celebrities book rooms for their pets.

Home Away from Home

Dogs receive all the comforts of home at the Cherished House in Waynesville. Cherished differs from the typical boarding environment because dogs stay in an actual home. No more than eight dogs are given access to warm lodging, a friendly family and outdoor fun. Your dog gets a separate room with bedding and can choose to lounge or play during the day. Dogs can swim, roam and interact as much as they want, and Cherished sees canines from Cincinatti, Kettering, Bellbrook, Centerville and more.

5 Star Hotel

Mixed breeds to purebreds alike will enjoy the finer things at the UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort in Burton, Ohio (45 minutes East of Cleveland). Dogs are treated to a true high-class hotel experience with single rooms, choice of bed size, a TV and turn-down service with a treat on the pillow. Dogs can listen to the soothing noise of the TV, enjoy one of the four playrooms or wander outside at their convenience. The staff works on the dog’s schedule, so potty breaks, affection and activities are provided when the dog wants. Owners also benefit because webcams are installed in play areas, and dogs get bathed before returning home.
Best of Both Worlds

Most people have a favorite in the battle between cats and dogs, but the staff at the Pet Nation Lodge in Loveland do not take a side. Cats and dogs have separate lodging areas in this villa-style setting. Dogs get raised beds, an indoor courtyard and at least five walks a day. Cats stay in a big bed and can climb, watch TV or fish and interact with humans. Dogs and cats may not like each other, but they will both adore this Loveland lodge.
These luxury pet hotels in Ohio offer wonderful treatment while you are away. When the vacation is over, both humans and animals will look forward to the next trip.
