Health and Safety Requirements

Pet Palace requires written proof of current vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian. Vaccinations must be administered at least one week prior to arrival. WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR PET WITHOUT PROOF OF VACCINATIONS

Dog: DHPP, Rabies, Bordatella Cat: FVRCP, Rabies

Puppies and kittens must be over 5 months old. Younger pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be required to have additional services.
We cannot accept pets with stitches, bandages or splints
We cannot accept pets that are pregnant or in heat (any pet not spayed or neutered cannot participate in any group playtime, and unaltered males and females cannot board together).
Pets must be flea-free (Any pets with fleas will be treated at the owner's expense).
We will dispense medication free of charge. We request that mediation come with written instructions from a licensed veterinarian.

Reservations, Deposits and Cancellations

Charges are daily, beginning the day your pet is checked in. Check out time is 12 noon. Any checkouts before noon will not be charged for the final day. Checkouts afternoon will be charged for that day.

We request a $25 deposit at the time of your reservation, which will be deducted from your bill at check out. Pet Palace has a 5-day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled prior to five days before your scheduled visit will receive a full refund of the deposit. During some holidays and weekends, minimum stay requirements may apply.
