- Able to clean pet accommodations and perform general facility cleaning duties in a timely manner
- Energetic and have a passion for all animals
- Able to pay attention to details and observe animal behaviors on a daily basis
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to lift 40 pounds and handle pets of all sizes and breeds
- Able to work in a team environment
- Enjoy interacting with both people and pets
- Have flexible availability and be willing to work both weekends and holidays
Requirements specific to Customer Service Representative positions:
- Able to operate basic computer software as well as manage phones and emails
- Able to greet every client with a positive and upbeat personality
- Enjoy working with the general public and build client relationships
- Able to communicate in an organized and thorough manner
