“My long-haired 60-lb dog was groomed to perfection; her ears and paws were trimmed beautifully and her coat was lustrous. Nails were trimmed far down (but not too far) so they will take some time to grow out. I dropped her off in the morning with my other dog so they could spend the day playing in their doggie day care. My 70-lb short-haired dog got an exit bath, which you can add-on for about $19 after playtime. (We all know dogs play with their mouths!). Both of them smelled delicious at the end of the day when I picked them up after work.”

“We boarded our cat Fizz for the weekend so we could get some packing done for a move. The staff was so kind and friendly. They made sure that all of Fizz’s needs were met and gave a report card of how he did while he was there. He got a nail trim and was brushed out when we came to pick him up. The cost was extremely reasonable and worth every penny. Excellent location. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him!”

“Pet Palace is a life-saving five star resort. It’s spotless!! The suites are adorable and spacious. There are multiple areas for the dog including outside. The staff is caring and always have their eyes on the pups. I walked in without an appointment and was given a tour on the spot. I love that they offer half days too. Ike comes home exhausted. I’ll pick him up he will bark once or twice on the way out and is asleep on the back seat before we hit the road.”

“My first time using a boarding service, and I would go nowhere else! They took care of my senior dog well. She has hip problems and they offered her extra padding for her bed. She looked happy when I came to pick her up. And they accommodated my early pick up. Will def use again!”

“We have a Doberman who is very particular, so we were nervous about having her boarded. She will not pee while on a leash, only goes #2 in our woods where she has privacy, and is dog-aggressive. They told us they could put her in a low-traffic area. She was there for a week, and because we are obsessed with our dog, we watched her on the camera way too much. We watched them take her out for potty breaks, give her a treat while she was in there, come in and re-adjust her bedding, and take her for one-on-one play time. Sometimes play time would be as long as 40 minutes!”
