About Our Pet Palace Cary Location
Our Cary pet resort is located between Collins Road and Davis Road, just outside of Raleigh, perfect for Cary and Raleigh residents. It’s a quick stop on your way to work, or as you drop the kids off at neighboring Davis Drive schools. You can also drop your pet off for a grooming appointment, then head to nearby shopping and restaurants. Enjoy peace of mind when your pet stays with us.

If you’re leaving town for a few days or a few weeks you can customize a stay that will be perfect for your pet. Our Cary location is staffed with trained professionals who offer individual attention in a safe and spacious environment. We are happy to accommodate special instructions to make your pet feel right at home. Extra playtime and treats are also available to deliver the ideal experience for your pet.

- I have been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2010 and have obtained licenses in both North Carolina and Ohio.
- I am a proud pet owner to a dog named Dex, two cats named Lilie Rae and Roxie, and a fish named Lincoln!
- Outside of work and helping animals, I love to write, play card/board games, and dance!

At Pet Palace, You Customize Your Pet’s Stay.
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. At Pet Palace Cary, you have the option to enhance your pet’s stay. Pay for what you want; don’t pay for what you don’t need.
*A $25 deposit is required at the time of your reservation, which will be deducted from your bill at the time of check out. Reservations canceled prior to five days before your scheduled visit will receive a full refund of the deposit.

FAQs
Do you have a Frequent Visitors Program?
We sure do! As a thank you to our loyal customers, we offer a FREE night of boarding after 14 nights of staying with us. You will also receive the 13th day of daycare FREE and your 7th groom will be 1/2 OFF! Ask about signing up at your next reservation.
Is there a vet on site?
We believe that no health care professional knows your dog/cat better than your own vet. If medical attention is required, we will transport your pet to your personal vet with your approval.
What vaccinations does my pet need?
Pets require the following vaccines: Dogs: DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, CIV (H3N2 & H3N8); Cats: FVRCP, Rabies
Do you offer webcams?
Yes, we have webcams available for specific suites as an "a la carte" option to add to your reservation. Please note that not all suites have webcams available, so please contact your preferred Pet Palace location for availability.
What activities does Pet Palace offer to keep my dog active and engaged?
At Pet Palace, your pet will be engaged during their stay with playful days and peaceful nights. All of our accommodations include 3 outdoor bathroom breaks in our spacious and secure areas. We understand that all pets are different, which is why we offer an “a la carte” activity menu. If your pet needs additional time to be active, or more mental stimulation, you are welcome to add one on one playtime, playgroups, or treats and puzzles to his/her stay.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to customize your pet's stay. We recommend that you bring your pet’s food in pre-measured and pre-marked baggies. We also provide Iams and Eukanuba dry food at our locations.
