Our Columbus Airport pet boarding resort is located a few minutes from John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) and 15 minutes from downtown. We’re just off 670, between Stelzer Road and Cassidy Avenue – perfect for travelers or downtown and east side residents.

Out of town for a few days or weeks? Customize your own cat boarding or dog boarding experience. We always provide individual attention from trained professionals and a safe and spacious environment. Plus, we are happy to accommodate special instructions and offer extra playtime and treats to deliver the ideal experience for your pet.
Dog boarding starts at $28.75/day.
Cat boarding starts at $20.75/day.

Whether you’re at work or away for a long day, we’ll give your pet plenty of attention and care from drop-off to pickup. For occasional help or everyday care, our enrichment focused daycare is the healthy approach to daycare for any pet!

Too much shedding? Does your dog or cat need a bath, trim, or brush out? Easily add professional grooming to your pet’s stay or visit us for a stand-alone appointment and we’ll get your pet show-ready. We are happy to offer a variety of pet grooming packages to meet your specific needs.

At Pet Palace, You Customize Your Pet’s Stay.
We don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach. At Pet Palace, you have the option to enhance your pet’s stay. Pay for what you want, don’t pay for what you don’t need.
*A $25 deposit is required at the time of your reservation, which will be deducted from your bill at the time of check out. Reservations canceled prior to five days before your scheduled visit will receive a full refund of the deposit.

FAQs
Do you have a Frequent Visitors Program?
We sure do! As a thank you to our loyal customers, we offer a FREE night of boarding after 14 nights of staying with us. You will also receive the 13th day of daycare FREE and your 7th groom will be 1/2 OFF! Ask about signing up at your next reservation.
Is there a vet on site?
We believe that no health care professional knows your dog/cat better than your own vet. If medical attention is required, we will transport your pet to your personal vet with your approval.
What vaccinations does my pet need?
Pets require the following vaccines: Dogs: DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, CIV (H3N2 & H3N8); Cats: FVRCP, Rabies
Do you offer webcams?
Yes, we have webcams available for specific suites as an "al a carte" option to add to your reservation. Please note that not all suites have webcams available, so please contact your preferred Pet Palace location for availability.
What activities does Pet Palace offer to keep my dog active and engaged?
At Pet Palace, your pet will be engaged during their stay with playful days and peaceful nights. All of our accommodations include 3 outdoor bathroom breaks in our spacious and secure areas. We understand that all pets are different, which is why we offer an “a la carte” activity menu. If your pet needs additional time to be active, or more mental stimulation, you are welcome to add one on one playtime, playgroups, or treats and puzzles to his/her stay.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to customize your pet's stay. We recommend that you bring your pet’s food in pre-measured and pre-marked baggies. We also provide Iams and Eukanuba dry food at our locations.
